This privacy policy describes how Stake Denmark A/S, CVR no. 41027681 ("Stake Denmark") collects and uses your personal data when you use the website Stake.dk, participate in Stake Denmark's competitions, or call/write to Stake Denmark's customer service.

Collection of personal data

We always inform you before we collect your personal data, and we generally collect the following information about you when it is relevant to your customer relationship with Stake Denmark:

Name, address, email, phone numbers, and CPR number
Documentation confirming your identity (e.g., passport, driver's license, health insurance card, and MitID)
Credit card information
Your transactions and game history (e.g., login, game frequency, deposits, winnings, bonuses, games played, campaigns, and services you have participated in).
Your correspondence with customer service (emails and/or chat conversations in connection with any case you have registered with our customer service).

When you use Stake.dk, we sometimes collect and process your personal data based on your consent.

You can at any time gain insight into your data by sending an email to dpo@stake.dk and requesting it.

If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data, unless we are entitled or obliged to continue processing or storing your personal data on another basis, including in accordance with gambling legislation.

Withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data that occurred before the withdrawal of consent.

If you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that is required to be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the statutory verification and reporting in accordance with gambling legislation, you can no longer use Stake.dk.

Consent to Stake Denmark's marketing activities

By signing up for newsletters and other marketing, you consent to receive marketing from Stake Denmark via email, SMS, external media, and social platforms; as well as permission for your data to be used in Stake Denmark's other marketing activities.

You can at any time withdraw your consent to receive marketing material via email and SMS by unsubscribing on Stake.dk. This means that you will no longer receive bonus offers, free spins, and will not be able to participate in competitions via these channels.

Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security in connection with the processing of personal data on Stake.dk. We thus strive to ensure the quality and integrity of your personal data as best as possible.

Your rights

You have the right to gain insight into the personal data we process about you, with certain exceptions stipulated by law.

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to request us to send this information to another data controller.

In connection with inquiries regarding your rights, we ask you to provide us with sufficient information so that we can process your inquiry, including your full name and email address, so that we can identify you and respond to your request. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and no later than within one month.
